Planning for a baby and undergoing a fertility journey can be complex, unpredictable, emotive and lonely. MotherUp has designed the Fertility Canvas to assist women and families navigate the fertility period with enhanced clarity, agility and meaningful support.
How it works
Given the emotional toll and potential for unsolicited advice and expectations, the Fertility Canvas hones in on the critical areas of focus for the woman to best support her journey. The MotherUp fertility planning process involves the clarification of support person roles and accountabilities, the provision of tailored MotherUp endorsed resources and materials, guidance in identifying and sourcing efficient and effective support and preparing clients to extract maximum value from these resources.
Use the prompt questions to populate the canvas, keeping in mind your fertility goals, values and resources (paid and unpaid).
Identify gaps in your support resources, plan how you can obtain additional / alternate resources and allocate your resources in order of perceived greatest benefit.
As things develop and change, review your canvas and make updates as necessary. Use the question section to capture updates and drive revisions.
